Located on a 4.5-acre site in the Cincinnati suburb of Oakley, the Marburg Square Concept included 23 single-family row houses and 96 condominium flats in two 4-story and two 5-story buildings. The design also includes a 2,000-square foot community building, an outdoor pool, and outdoor recreational facilities. Transforming an area of rental property into opportunities for ownership, the project looks to retain residents within the district, while setting a tone of rebirth and expansion for the area as a whole. The market demographics target a young professional buyer, with more contemporary, urbane tastes. Thus the project's interior fit-out reflects simple lines, neutral colors, and an emphasis on natural finish materials, in keeping with this group's sensitivity towards ecologically responsible choices. .
