Twin Lakes is an entirely new Continuing Care Retirement Community, located on 56 acres in Montgomery, Ohio. A full range of living options and amenities are offered, supporting an independent retirement lifestyle. The North and South Campus sites are two of the three sites comprising the community, and contain 54 and 53 patio homes respectively. The patio homes range in size from 1,600 to 2,300 square feet, and are arranged in two-, three-, and four-unit buildings. All of the units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchens, and garages. Charter residents have been offered the option of adding fireplaces, dens, screened porches, and sunrooms, in addition to the opportunity of selecting their interior finishes. Completing the Twin Lakes campus, the three sites contain independent-living apartments, assisted-living apartments, skilled nursing care, and a full compliment of dining and social activities.
