SFA Architects provided complete architectural, engineering and interior design services for the creation of a new neighborhood of mixed income town houses and single family houses. Complete master planning, site utility and development, architectural and landscape design packages were created on a fast-track basis, with all design work completed in less than six months.
The neighborhood was developed as two tree-lined boulevards focused on landscaped islands containing shade trees and ornamental gardens. A palette of four building types was developed and combined into larger town house blocks. A fifth single family unit was developed to provide a seamless integration into the neighborhood language.
