Located on the eastern edge of the Downtown Development District and ideally situated within walking distance of fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble as well as entertainment venues such as The Aronoff Center for the Arts, is the development of an 8-story, 200+ room hotel. The hotel sits on top of a private, 5-level, 150 space parking garage. Amenities include a glass-enclosed pool located on the first floor of hotel suites, above the upper garage level. A street level lounge and bar address the corner site and a full service restaurant, banquet, and conference space located on the top floor allow for expansive views of downtown and Mt. Adams. The street facades are designed to compliment, without competing with, the ornate and classic architecture of surrounding buildings such as the Renaissance Building cattycorner to the site. PDT Architects a subsidiary of SFA, is involved in the re-zoning process of the DD sub-district the hotel is located in as well as construction documents through construction administration. This project is the first hotel to be built in the Cincinnati DD District in 24 years. |
