NORTH COLLEGE HILL CITY SCHOOLS

As part of an ongoing relationship with the district, SFA Architects recently completed a long-term strategic feasibility study/demographic study/master plan of the schools. While growth of the student population and the need to update aging buildings were critical issues, accommodations for educational program changes were the paramount. Our services included demographic analysis of the district, building assessment, consensus building, site planning, master planning and budgeting.

Our architects also recently completed a district-wide A.D.A. survey and phased implementation of improvements. Numerous renovations to all district buildings have been completed over the past 25 years. Projects included upgrades to classrooms, labs, doors and hardware replacement, flooring, windows, roofs, locker rooms, toilet rooms, exterior facades, and site and parking lot improvements.
