Located on just four acres, the new building will be situated along the Little Miami River with a spectacular view toward the city. This premier site was selected to create a state-of-the-art building that will highlight the District's acclaimed Montessori school. Emphasis was made during design to limit circulation/corridor areas to less than three percent of the total gross square footage. SFA maximized the size of the extended learning areas and created a new atrium commons area as a result of the efficiency of the layout.
