Our office performed building evaluations, needs assessment, and developed a concept plan as part of the district's long-term strategic planning process. We analyzed and evaluated multiple site options to determine the traffic flow and parking lot layouts for the planned new school with sensitive local traffic issues. Our belief that bus traffic be separated from automobile circulation yielded a safe site plan that functions well during peak congestion times. The athletic complex for the new campus included a new soccer field, football field, baseball field, softball field, and 2 multi-purpose practice fields The scope of our work with the district also included acting as an owner advocate in the process of determining the level of funding support from the OSFC. Our experience in similarly funded projects with State guidelines allowed our team to provide the district with optimal strategy and planning.
