He is responsible for evaluation, cost estimation, and recommendations for the mechanical systems for each project. He develops the mechanical designs, checks all the mechanical work, and supervises the construction. He is also in charge of formation and preparation of contract documents. Mr. Lozier has 37 years of engineering experience which involves work for various federal, state and local agencies to include numerous analytical and research laboratories, offices and support facilities, as well as various long-term task order contracts.
