Our design team recognizes that learning occurs in and outside of the classroom. In shared space students learn how to interact with one another, in playful shapes and colors students learn the potential of imagination and in pattern students learn the practical application of mathematics. Each designed space within a school has the potential to engage students in a thoughtful dialogue with their environment. The SFA Education Studio strives to create educational environments that are responsive to the curriculum, comfortable for the learner, integrated into educational programming and efficient for the faculty and staff. One way we have demonstrated our commitment to children is by designing several LEED accredited, healthy and sustainable buildings.
