Hemmer Construction is a leader in building design, consulting, and construction. Located in the Park 75 building, the project scope included the reorganization of all Hemmer Co. departments. They also updated the interior design to include modern finishes and materials as they approached celebrating a milestone anniversary. Maple wood veneer, stainless steel accents, and Hemmer Blue are design features carried throughout the project. The relocation of the entire Construction Division to the lower level allowed for the inclusion of an updated training facility and cafe/bistro area. This provides a lively environment in which employees are encouraged to interact and communicate ideas. The Corporate offices located on the fourth floor also underwent a complete renovation including relocation of their corporate boardroom. Other areas included in the scope of the project were Property Management, Marketing, Real Estate Development and the two-story building entry lobby.
