A sister project to the Gramercy on Garfield, Greenwich on the Park is an urban mixed use development located at the edge of the Cincinnati business district.
As Phase II, this modern complex mirrors the Gramercy in both design and functionality. This project consists of one level of open parking and approximately 1,700 square feet of retail space. Designed for maximizing the use of this urban area, the 64-unit, 4-story apartment building is located atop the retail space.
The building is open to the street and city around it. The street level retail, incorporating windows, doors, and awnings along the sidewalk, is designed to invite pedestrians into its shops. Along the park edge, the apartment and townhouse entries create a residential neighborhood character traditional to the city.
