CINCINNATI STATE TECHNICAL & COMMUNITY COLLEGE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY & LEARNING CENTER Cincinnati State required a new center to accommodate the fast-growing industries of information technology and culinary arts. SFA Architects collaborated on the advanced technology and learning center houses the client's first student life center, a future "hub" of campus life. This is the most significant physical addition to the college's campus in its 33-year history. The new facility includes over 78,000-square-feet of student lounges and breakout community space. Office areas for student life organizations and groups occupy 2,400- square-feet. The remainder of the center is devoted to general purpose classrooms, a presentation center, dining, culinary education, physical wellness, and audio-visual production facilities. |
