Nestled in the upscale neighborhood of West Chester, these two latest additions boast a multitude of new tenants, including AK Steel, which leased the entire 135,000 SF of office space in Building V for its corporate headquarters. During construction, poor soil conditions created the need for deeper foundations, so PDT Architects a subsidiary of SFA, proposed the addition of a parking garage below grade level. This allowed Duke to further maximize the site by incorporating an additional level of office space to the master plan for both buildings.
