Located in the center of Norwood, this multi-use development is helping to redefine the city's civic image. The site offers promise as a mixed-use development with its immediate proximity to the Norwood Lateral Expressway and access to I-71 and I-75. SFA provided the masterplanning and architectural services for the design build development, which currently contains over 500,000 square feet of space. The project includes four multi-story office buildings, four single-story office/ warehouse buildings, and a single-story retail center. The existing GM parking garage was retrofitted to service the office development.
