COLLEGE CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC:
SFA Architects provided architectural support services to the signature design firm Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners and the Associate Architect of Record NBBJ/Roth for a $92,000,000 expansion and renovation. Phase I included complete renovation of Schmidlapp Hall in order to accommodate performance and practice spaces. The building was previously used for a variety of purposes. Phase II included expansion and renovation of the current C.C.M. buildings and included several theatres, recital halls, classrooms, auditoriums, practice rooms, studios, labs, offices, support and parking facilities. Phase V involved new and renovated spaces for Omda Wing to include all types of dance studios, theatres, recital halls, classrooms and support spaces. |
