A mixed-use project consisting of a six story 250,000 SF office building and a five story 80,000 SF, 122 key Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel. A three-level 1,100 space parking garage forms the foundation for both the office building and hotel.
The Office building was designed for Humana health care with open floor plates for maximum flexibility. Large stair landings with corner glass create impromptu open meeting spaces. The building was designed to compliment the established Baldwin complex, situated with immediate access to I-71 and downtown Cincinnati, while also looking to a more modern and contemporary aesthetic that matched Humana's culture. The adjacent hotel serves as an added amenity to the office users and their potential visitors.
