Located across from the Blue Ash regional airport in Cincinnati, the Aeropointe Medical Office Building is a 33,000-square foot facility that is owned and maintained by several medical practice groups. The two-story building also offers a full basement to be used for the expansion of an existing doctor office, the addition of an ancillary tenant such as physical therapy or radiology, a conference center, and tenant storage. Several obstacles were overcome during the design of this project. SFA made adjustments to the building shell in order to maximize the limited space allowed on the site. The building core was also customized so tenant groups could get the most usable space out of the floor plan as possible.
