The client completely restored and renovated their three-story 1890's bank building in the historic Fourth Street Preservation District. The staff occupy two floors of the facility. The exterior was restored and preserved to remain in character with the brick facades and glass storefronts of the block. The interior marble and brass teller windows and counters were retained along with the mosaic tiles and painted plaster ornamentation.
